Inspiration Thursday, the day before Christmas.
I find it fitting to celebrate what the idea of Christmas actually symbolizes. It doesn't matter what your religious background is, and you don't have to actually celebrate Christmas. Although my family celebrates Christmas, what I really celebrate tomorrow is my faith in something I can not see. I celebrate something bigger than myself. Something good.
Although this is more of a spiritual discussion, we can apply this to our health and our bodies ability to heal. For we can not see it. It is bigger and better than anything we can touch and even measure. Having faith in something you can not see may provide you something you need, like healing. It doesn't happen over night, but with time it will grow as you practice and nurture your faith in your body, your family, your world and the earth.
Celebrate your faith in something you can not see.
Happiest of holidays to you.
