In high school, we read Animal Dreams by Barbara Kingsolver. It has always been one of my favorites. This quote I have carried with me for years since then, as a reminder of how we can be empowered to effect our lives.
Creating for yourself a "sweet" life does not mean perfection, but filling your days with people and experiences that bring joy to your life will help to empower your dreams.
Much like last weeks Inspiration Thursday, with changing your perspective, you may find that there is more joy and happiness in your life than you think. There are inevitably things in your life that you don't have control over or bring you frustration, but that doesn't have to distract from the "sweet" things in your life unless you let it.
Take a look at the "sweetness"of your life and see how it helps shape your dreams.
Eat well. Move well. Sleep well. Soar on.
