The Essential Recipe You Can't Live Without

It's finally here….the ONE and only recipe you can’t live without.

I am sharing it here exclusively for YOU.

Now, before you get too excited, I am going to give you a dose of honesty.

It is NOT a recipe for brownies (paleo or not) nor ice cream nor some alternative version of your favorite pasta dish (you would only be disappointed with anyways since you didn’t want to give up gluten in the first place until I suggested you should give it a try).  It is NOT a free pass to throw all caution to the wind and just “enjoy” life frivolously eating candy bars and drinking alcohol because you can. Technically, it isn’t really a complete recipe, only partial.
Actually, all I have is the ingredients…the recipe is really up to you.

What I have is the essential recipe ingredients to live a life of abundant health. These same ingredients can even help you recover from illness or injury and maybe help restore health.

I know.  Sounds like it is too good to be true.

Here is how I discovered it…research, trial and error, and I went back to school to get a degree just to be sure.

I started writing SOAR Into Health after researching the four SOARing principles in depth and applying them to my personal and family life.  Yet, I still wasn’t 100% confident, so I went back to school to get a degree in Holistic Nutrition.

I just completed my last course on Mental Health and am now heading into my thesis.  Every assignment I have researched the science behind how the four foundational principles apply to every body system’s health and disease process. Without fail, I have been able to support each principle in its ability to promote health and that ignoring each principle promotes sickness in that body system.

Do you find that hard to believe? Maybe.

Yet, it’s true.

I have had folks argue that food isn’t the only component to sickness. It’s true, because lack of sleep and lack of movement and poor connections drive illness too.  Yet, without good nutrient rich food, you can’t recover.

I have had folks argue that they NEED to exercise every day for health.  Yes, its true you need to MOVE everyday, but chronic cardiovascular exercise in a majority of the population will drive adrenal fatigue and even worse cardiovascular arrhythmias and disease. In reality, there is a dose dependent curve here on the health benefits of exercise and it isn’t as much as you think. And exercise alone doesn’t optimize health without good food and good rest.

There is this thing called the bell curve. It looks like this:

For the average person, which is to say “most people”, the simple ingredients to health and wellness are in fact enough.  This is important to my message.  If you don’t have disease now, then the principles are most important NOW. Many folks come to see me and are very sick or in severe pain and those folks may fall into the “some people” category.  That means the simple ingredients to health still apply to him/her as a foundation, yet he/she needs something extra.  The extra could be a specific medication, test, supplement or even personalized exercise but only in ADDITION to the foundational ingredients.

This bell curve applies to all the principles too.  For example, if we look at consumption of vegetables, too many or too few could indicate a problem or lack of vitamin/mineral intake on one end or the other indicate poor protein intake. For exercise, the bell curve is the magic middle section….not extreme of either end or you won’t have health benefits. And even sleep, too little or too much are indicative of disease whereas the middle range, although variable, is where health is.

***For every single condition I have explored and researched I have easily supported the four principles as a means of supporting health and reversing symptoms and even that failing to honor one or all of the four principles will drive disease progression and onset. Check out this ebook on Parkinson's Disease as an example***

I went to school to gain more knowledge, but what I gained was validation of the four SOARing principle ingredients to a healthy and vibrant life.

Eat Well. Move Well. Sleep Well. Soar On.

Four simple lifestyle habits are bound to help 95% of folks (of ANY age) today.  And if you happen to fall into “some people” category, this foundation is especially supportive of your journey.

I hope to inspire ALL of you to seriously commit yourselves to these four principles. Don’t wait for your children to get sick before you decide it’s worth it.  Don’t wait to see if it will be proven help reduce your risk for developing Parkinson’s disease because it will.

Don’t lose hope in the fact that our bodies want to be healthy and have the capacity to heal. This isn’t a 30-day challenge or a 1 week trial….it’s LIFE.

These are the ingredients for a SOARing life and it only becomes a recipe when you mix them together in YOUR life.

***If you want to learn more about the recipe to a SOARing life, details and science can be found in Soar Into Health here.  Reviews welcome***
